Your new role

• Market research and analysis (consumer insights, competitive analysis, industry trends and policies and regulations) in English training for young children, providing support for product and marketing decisions.
• Cooperate with products and teaching and research departments to obtain effective users through the promotion of growth marketing to help users improve their activit, create value and income.
• Develop marketing budget, organize market resources, and meet sales targets.
• Establish efficient market operation and management system, communicated and coordinated with the group, and participated in the group's marketing activities and brand promotion.
• Responsible for the team building and ability to train the marketing team, implementing the corporate culture, and improving the work efficiency of team members.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 3 years experience in marketing management in the youth & child market
• Entrepreneurial, ability to lead a team with strong communication skills
