Our client is a multinational company with market expansion services group across the world and has more than 30,000 employees worldwide and over 700 business locations in 36 countries. The company offers a range of market expansion in FMCG industry, to help its clients grow their businesses in new and existing markets. The company provide work life balance solutions and entrepreneurial corporate environment to all of their employees. They are currently seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director who can lead the development of marketing plans and directly report to VP of FMCG.

職務說明

* Manage operating departmental budgets and costs. * Supervise development of marketing plans and evaluate implementation effectiveness. * Lead development of marketing budgets aligning with clients' needs. * Define promotion objectives and strategies, overseeing execution of promotion activities. * Manage good relationships with external vendors and agencies. * Oversee the preparation of marketing reports/updates/analysis for decision-making. * Analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities. * Lead and support start-up of new client/business. * Manage and oversee team's delivery of team/function goals.

* Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline (Master degree preferred) * Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar capacity covering major FMCG categories * 5 years people leadership experience in MNC (proven leadership at least 6 subordinates ) * Great team player and people manager * Strategic, entrupetirship, operationally driven, and flexible to dynamic environment * Strong knowledge in major sectors of FMCG industry * Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills * Fluent in English (both written and spoken) * Proficient in office productivity tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
