職責：
1、參與製定公司海外營銷戰略，並根據公司營銷策略制訂公司營銷組合策略、營銷計劃，並推廣執行；
2、根據公司業務發展需要，招募、組建、管理和培訓營銷團隊，負責組織銷售運作，帶領外貿團隊做好海外市場的渠道、客戶開發和維護； 3、做好客戶分類管理，整合資源為客戶提供有效的解決方案和服務，不斷進行創造性的工作來實現銷售業績和客戶滿意度，幫助公司達成市場策略和市場份額的保持；
4、主持制訂、修訂外貿營銷系統的工作程序和規章制度，負責團隊建設，包括人員的績效管理、人才培養等

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the formulation of the company's overseas marketing strategy. Formulate and implement the company's marketing mix strategy, sales plan and promotion;

2. According to the company's business development, recruit, organize, manage and train up the marketing team. Organizing sales operations and lead the Foreign Trade Teams to develop overseas marketing channels and build up good customer relationship;

3. Classify various customers and integrate resources to provide customers with effective solutions and services. Achieve sales performance and maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain market share according to marketing strategies;

4. Formulation and revision of the working procedures, rules and regulations of the foreign trade team and the marketing system. Responsible for team building, performance management and staff training.
