• Allocate resources, assess impact, and have primary accountability for driving marketing efforts
• Work closely with marketing colleagues in other parts of the world to leverage news and stories where appropriate to generate relevant opportunities
• Work internally with relevant colleagues on cultivating thought leadership, shaping and coaching on messaging and presentation
• Help shape and express stories of our work, and curate a portfolio of stories that represent the range of our work, people, capabilities and impact
• Initiate and lead alliances with relevant industry groups, key opinion formers, key forums and other stakeholder groups
• Produce, manage, and develop a system and a suite of online & print marketing tools and materials where needed
• Work either as a team member of or an advisor to client project teams where marketing and communication expertise is needed

• 10 years' of brand management experience in reputable global organizations, preferably in B2B industries with deep knowledge in engaging senior executives.
• Have a proven track record of building lean and sustainable system to generate and place thought leadership that is reflective of Company's mission in creating systemic change in China.
• Extremely media-savvy with a network in top tier media in China
• Native fluency in Chinese and English with impeccable writing skills.
• Be an articulate, accurate, and timely communicator
• Have the ability to build and sustain momentum, and keep an eye on the big picture while managing the details
• Have a passion for brand, marketing, communications and design
• Have experience working in a creative environment and international working culture
