Job Description
Responsibilities
--Provide strategic direction and leadership for all marketing and sales force communications to support WildChinaˇs business development goals.
--Identify and analyze organizational sales and marketing issues, develop and implement a strategic marketing communications plan to address issues and achieve goals.
--Work closely with client servicing teams and product champions; lead a team to execute tactical plans for the various marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
--Collaborate with sales teams to drive communications activities to reinforce firmˇs value proposition and increase client retention.
--Be the custodian for all communications materials and marketing collaterals used across the firm. and ensure such materials adhere to corporate brand standards.
--Produce multimedia material such as videos and podcasts
--Organize and support public relations including positioning senior executives in high-profile speaking engagements, travel conferences, and developing programs to generate media interest.
Skills Requirement
--More than 5 years of marketing communications and direct marketing experience in the relevant industry.
--At least 5 years direct experience in developing and executing direct clientˇs communication activities including seminars, community events, conferences and training events in China.
--Must have at least 3 years management experience in leading a team of multicultural marketing communication professionals.
--Hands-on practitioner with demonstrated ability to manage the full spectrum of marketing communication programs and tools.
--Must have experience working directly with sales teams in client retention and sales lead generation activities.
--Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
--Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a multi-cultural and multi-skilled team.
--Impeccable language skills in English and Chinese, excellent written and verbal communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
--Must have a sophisticated understanding of western culture; work experience in international MNCs or similar is preferred.
--University graduate with degree in relevant field, preferably business, marketing, or communications. Graduate degree preferred but not essential.
