職務說明

• Develop and introduce new sports nutrition brands identities and positions through consumer insights and market researches
• Develop marketing strategies in line with brand positions and identities
• Build annual business & communication plans and supervise the implementation of all agency partners including media, digital, PR , and events
• Oversee the marketing budget and monitor the effectiveness of marketing communications & events
• Have in-depth understanding of company's current products
• Create internal marketing strategies to engage employees with company's brand vision
• Work with cross-functional management team to understand their challenges
• Monitor competitors' products and meet regularly with clients and senior managers to identify future trends & new product potential

• Good leadership scope experience is ideal
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• 6+ years marketing professional¡ experience¡ in OTC fields
• Strong research and analytical skills on consumer insights
• Great communication skills
• 1+ years digital marketing experience will be plus
