Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Biosimilars Franchise (sales, marketing, and medical) and Value, Access & Policy functions, ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures
• Assist in implementation of marketing activities and key events
• Assist in advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
• Responsible for procure-to-pay function and expense monitoring for the assigned teams

• Assist in project development and planning to ensure the efficiency of the operation of HK affiliate office

• Support any ad-hoc projects such as customer master data management

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role supporting sales and marketing team, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Experience in event management support and related logistical arrangement
• Experience in vendor management
• Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills in communicating in English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (i.e. word processing, presentations, and spreadsheet skills)
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline- driven environment
