The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting our clients or our company’s products and services. A Marketing Executive’s day-to-day duties include different types of tasks that may help increase company brand image and product sales. The Marketing Executive works directly with departments such as Marketing and Sales. This results in ensuring effective marketing strategy integration in all company divisions.

• Prepare & organize marketing events such as product launches, CSR events, football matches, etc. to meet expected outcomes
• Develop systematic reports & insights to track activities and share recommendations with team
• Create and oversee the distribution and publication of content or marketing materials
• Lead the production of all marketing collateral and merchandise by working with relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time work delivery
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on other functions including sourcing, legal, and finance for purchase requests, POs and payments to ensure all required policy processes are well followed and complied with in a timely manner
• Ensure timely payment to suppliers
• Work with suppliers to ensure all company OOH branding materials are in good condition
• Oversee administrative work for Marketing department including stock management and fixed asset recording
