About the role:

Marketing executive will support the group marketing strategic effort and tactical implementation of the brand, including, PR and group communications.  Overseeing many aspects of a project to ensure the team are growing the brand footprint, accelerating customer advocacy and developing content that assists in brand growth.   This role will assist in brand governance across the business and to maintain brand alignment with group strategy and tactics effective brand management operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the development of thought-leadership content and marketing campaigns
• Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, website content, and social media assets for our social media manager/ accounts
• Assist in competitor monitoring and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
• Works with divisional marketing teams to incorporate marketing needs into overall group-level planning and strategy
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify trends and define content opportunities to elevate long-term business and technology vision
• Assisting in developing presentation decks to support ideas and strategies
• Supporting the ongoing brand activation (templates, signage, guidelines, localisation of assets, web copy, blog)
• Develop case study ‘bank’ and fact books to support investor relations, customer references and industry expertise
• Supporting internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
• Monitoring performance against the brand scorecard / KPIs

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong Powerpoint creation & MS Office skills
• Naturally Curious, Research focused and attention to detail
• Customer case studies, categorising, organised, task management  
• Overall support to the group marketing function
