1)      熟悉了解展会行业完整的市场计划，协助制定和实施项目的市场推广计划，具有良好  的策划执行能力；

2)      通过各渠道进行观众推广，与项目团队紧密配合，吸引国内外优质买家以及代表团，完成年度市场团队目标；

3)      对国内外行业市场有一定的洞察力、能了解参展商及观众的切实需求；

4)      能根据收到的反馈和分析做出相应的营销策略，提高项目本身价值；

5)      管理和维护国内外合作伙伴关系、如协会、媒体等；

6)      负责项目宣传资料的内容编辑、网站及宣传平台的内容更新和日常管理；

7)      计划并监督综合营销活动、包括电子营销、公关、观众推广和呼叫中心的管理；

8)      在预算和期限内制定和实施针对展会国内外市场营销计划、并给出数据分析、评估渠道的有效性；

9)      展会后对展会情况进行总结、分析、发掘市场增长点，提出市场推广的改进意见。

1)      本科及以上学历，具备品牌传播、市场营销的专业知识

2)      具有良好的协调沟通能力和技巧，并具备较好的英语听说读写能力；

3)      文字功底扎实，逻辑性强，具有一定的项目整体规划与统筹能力；

4)      熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件以及相关市场营销工具；

5)      具有良好的团队精神和服务意识，工作严谨、吃苦耐劳、有责任心，勇于挑战。
