JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Provide daily general administrative support for the department

Assist on organizing marketing events, activities & exhibitions

Coordinate and communicate with staff and vendors on marketing projects

Support and assist in updating company website

Prepare internal reports for management review

Attend and assist in local jewelry exhibitions

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline

3 years of relevant working experience in jewelry industry in highly preferred

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in PC skills

Knowledge in designing software is an advantage but not compulsory

Creative mindset with good understanding of market trends

Great team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills

Strong sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure
