Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including write-ups for related materials and event management (Seminars, gala dinner, exhibition, media campaign, tea gathering, health check day, ad campaigns)
• Co-ordinate and assist the in-charge in organizing in Gala Dinner, guests invitation and on-site programs 
• Execute full spectrum of administration work for office documentation and events 
• Provide ideas on event program and follow up on production
• Work closely within internal and external parties to ensure good execution of marketing initiatives
• Co-oordinate with the media for service promotion 
• Copy write up for promotional materials

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing and event, prefer event agency and production house or in-house event and marketing depts
• Solid experience in event management, follow up on design artwork, copywriting, event organization, etc
• Good Chinese and English writing
• Public Relations experience is preferred
• Analytical, initiative, creative, detail-minded, well organized and able to work multi-task
