Job Description
Goals/Mission
To assist Chief Representative to develop brand plans that build equity and business; coordinate and execute strategy and action plan for marketing activities.
To assist Chief Representative to conduct market research & competition analysis, collect market intelligence, develop and propose marketing plan and promotion materials based on product strategy and budget plan, monitor and evaluate the results.
Working Partners/Contacts
- Intern: Strategic Marketing, Product Management of HQ, PM, and RSM in LMT China
- Extern: LMT Dealers, end users, KOLs, Marketing research companies, Exhibition booth builders, Website, printing and other vendors and partners.
Function & Responsibilities
- Assist Chief Representative to make yearly market plans; Participate in marketing planning and implementation related to product, brand, and customer, driving marketing development;
- Conduct regular market study on consumer behavior, market trend, product performance, etc. Making proposal based on the findings of survey & analysis;
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, generate corresponding reports on a regular base. Maintain the marketing related database, and create such process to utilize all the database and reports for strategic decision making use.
- Organize national marketing events such as trade shows, congresses and support regional marketing events such as local trade shows, congresses, workshops, seminars and new product launches, etc;
- Cooperate internally with product managers and cooperate with vendors to develop product brochure, DMs and other promotional tools;
- Planning and implementing all online branding communications and campaigns through the company website, dealer website, Weibo and WeChat, building the online community.
- Planning and manage and optimize Tmall and JD e-commerce retail shops
- Planning the design according to LM VI handbook and monitor the complete process of experience shops of LMT dealers
- Assist Chief Representative to manage the marketing and MarCom budget and resources effectively, and establish sound evaluation and feedback process for overall marketing effort;
- Optimize assigned Advertising, Promotion budgets to meet brand objectives;
- Track expenditure on a monthly basis.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Management/ Exhibition management, Chinese language and literature and Journalism related majors
- CET 6 or higher
Experience
- At least 3 years working experience in Marketing, MarCom, Branding and related functions. Multi-national company working experience preferred
Capabilities
- Good communications skill internally and externally
- Independent, positive and strong sense of responsibility
- Strategic, creative thinking and analytical skills
- Good at design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc
- Good at MS Office software such as MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, etc
- Professional business ethics
