Main Responsibilities:

• POSM:

• Develop a qualified, low cost and strategically located supply base for EMW POSM production;

• Working together with Marketing Manager for planning EMW POSM yearly budget;

• Working together with Marketing Brands for planning winery POSM yearly budget.

• Plan and control operational POSM production according to the yearly budgets of both EMW and wineries.

• Lead and monitor the suppliers during the production procedures to ensure product quality, timely delivery, cost efficiency and service guarantees.

• Be responsible for management of all POSM, including but not limited to POSM brochure update quarterly, coordinating with regional offices for POSM inventory and transfer within Greater China region; request and lead for POSM stock checking to ensure the quantity accuracy in SAP, POSM monthly report, etc.

• POSM production plan and control for company event, winery activities and media exposure, etc.

• Provide market research and analysis; make recommendations for new ideas and strategies.

• Other tasks related with POSM management.

Other tasks:

• Working together with EMW agency for winery trademark registration in China;

• Coordinate with regional offices for monthly marketing report;

• Work with company trademark agency and marketing brands for winery trademark registration in Mainland China.

• Other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager.

Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above;

2、At least two years working experience in wine, F&B or other relevant fields;

3、Have good customer service, familiar with local hotels, restaurants and wine shops;

4、Outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player;

5、Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

6、Good English level is preferred, wine knowledge is a plus.
