Job Description
As a member of i-CABLE Communications Limited, we are dedicated to be a leading broadcasting and telecommunications services provider in Hong Kong through our multi-channel subscription television service and innovative multi-media services on our broadband network. To contribute to our business growth, we invite applications for:
- To be responsible for developing and implementing customer retention strategies to achieve business goals; managing marketing programmes and customer communications on a timely basis; working cross-functionally with operations, service and sales in support of strategic marketing initiatives; developing regular joint promotion with business partners; regularly data analysis and reporting on retention activities to ensure a positive customer experience and retention performance
- University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines with minimum 1 year relevant working in subscription service is preferred
- Experience in customer loyalty marketing is an advantage
- Strong business sense with good presentation, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proficient in PC applications, MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Able to work under pressure and independently
