• Edit and proof read promotional materials, including company’s magazine, promotional materials & articles, company websites and albums.
• Draft various English and Chinese correspondence
• Collect relevant information and prepare speech for senior management to attend various forums and activities
• Responsible for Chinese & English translation materials
• Provide hospitality services to guests and administration support
• Provide ad hoc duties support to company if necessary

• Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines
• Possess 3 -5 years relevant experience with similar responsibilities, preferably gained from sizeable company
• Outstanding presentation and language skills are required
• Passionate with inspiration to get things done character is an asset
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
• Occasional business trip is required
• Selected candidate will be initially station in Shenzhen office for 6 months training
• Frequent travel to PRC is required (even after the 6- months training period)
