Job Responsibilities

Media Relations:

• Manage China social media platform in content and engagement to audiences
• Leverage existing media relations and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
• Manage media inquiries and interview request
• Responsible for press release and relative public collateral production and distribution along with global guidelines.
• Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations

Content Development:

• Draft, translate and develop marketing content includes news, press release, video, social media and case study to effectively promote firm's leading intelligence and brand image
• Manage third-party agency relationships, if any, to ensure that agency partner deliver high quality programs in a cost-effective manner
• Events Execution: plan and coordinate Roland Berger marketing events (workshop, seminars, interviews and other events)

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above is required, major in marketing, communication, journalism is preferred
• 5 years' solid work experience in media or in-house marketing
• Excellent command of English and Chinese business writing skills
• Knowledgeable and good sense of news, publication process and contents
• Good knowledge of printing and production process is a plus
• Self-motivated, diligent, strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit
