Job Purpose:
To support end to end acquisition of credit cards via digital channel
Manage and monitor paid digital advertising to make sure message and visuals are on brand and complied
Manage and control aggregators to fully comply with regulation requirements
In charge of team governance, including internal control, audit, reviews, etc
Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid digital platforms such as SEM, Digital Banners, and Aggregator platforms on key digital KPIs of Traffic, Click Through Rate, Submissions, Approval Rates, and Cost Per Account
Monitor team governance to make sure operation processes are in compliance and conduct regular controls ie. MCA, Record Management, Third Party Management (contract management), Gift inventory log Etc.
Help with proof-reading marketing materials to make sure the content accuracy before production
Help with insurance seminar management i.e. material production, gift procurement and payment
Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing related working scope.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Good working knowledge of control functions
- Good understanding of various Internal and external compliance needs.

Strong ownership and accountability
Strong interpersonal skills, situational awareness and emotional intelligence
Strong MS Word/PPT skills.
