Your tasks:

• Research, prospect and qualify new business opportunities utilizing internal and external databases, directories and resources maintain timely, accurate and uniform documentation of all sales records in the CRM system

• Support the set-up process and ensure daily news clipping service for SCHOTT’s markets in China using the new Market Intelligence Platform – INTELLIFY

• Conduct research on behalf of the sales department to uncover potential new leads and/or emerging markets

• Manage market research providers and consulting partners in China
  

• Maintain research on competitive destinations regarding product inventory, marketing and sales strategies

• Gather, organize and post all historic data related to group sales performance

• Responsible for presenting data in charts, graphs, tables or other formats for stakeholder presentations

• Optimizes SEM/SEO continuously to drive keyword ranking & KPI improvement
  

• Maintains content of social media platforms and B2B industrial platforms

• Supports local trade fairs and customer events and leads entries into CRM system

• Leads vendor payment procedure in SAP system

• Supports regional market intelligence requests from different BUs and locations

• Strategic thinking for China marketing activities align with local business strategy and improve branding awareness with tools

• Perform other related duties, special projects and assignments as required

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or above in marketing or business administration

• 2-5 year working experience in Marketing or Sales role
  

• Working experiences in international B2B companies preferred

• Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese

• Excellent problem-sloving and analytical skills

• Ability to work with large dataset and summarize findings in a clear format

• Strong mathematical skills to analyze reports including conversion rates, business won and lost and return on investment formulas

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to quickly learn industry related windows softward
