Overall of the role:

Work with the CRM team at CACTUS China on a range of interesting projects where you can apply your skills and learn new skills by working on real business projects in the retail context. The top 3 areas of focus in this role are as follows:

• Use online research to improve our understanding of how researchers use editing services
• Communicate with Editage customers in order to provide better service and build relationships, in order to create insightful summary of the high quality clients and other normal customers
• Create online content which helps Editage communicate with its customers

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with Editage customers in order to provide better service and build relationships, in order to create insightful summary of the high quality clients and other normal customers
• Create online content which helps Editage communicate with its customers
• Understand the market by competitor checking
• Revise email content after receiving plans and templates from the marketing team
• Calling to high-profile new customers in order to educate them about our services/EOS and get their feedback
• Referral gift rewarding and following

Skills Required:

• Decent spoken English which we will assess in the interview. A marketing or media degree is preferable, but not essential.
• Major in marketing is a big plus
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel. . Any experience with WeChat is a bonus.
• Enthusiastic to learn and try out new marketing campaigns/techniques
• Willing to face and speak to customers
• Willing to work under close supervision and deadline pressure
• Enthusiastic about working in a diverse team
