o All samples management (HQ & customers, China- HQ-SZ-SH)
o Logistic material management (production crystal order, logistic, IB tools, media kits)
o Private sessions support
o Preview samples management
o Event logistic support

- IB/AR weekly application to certificate process & filing
- Monthly comm. Expenses consolidation, process & filing
- Pop-up events support
o Docs translation & proof-reading
o All samples management (HQ & customers, China- HQ-SZ-SH)
o Logistic material management (production crystal order, logistic, IB tools, media kits)
o Private sessions support
- FW novelty support
o Preview samples management
o Event logistic support
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
- University degree/ Education, preferably in Business Studies.
- Fluent in English.
- Fast learning.
- Good working attitude - be willing to work and learn.
- Preferred with solid background in supporting big event if she/he has.
- Familiar with Office software (like Excel, PPT, Outlook).
- Able to work at least 3 days per week
