With over 500 FlyMates distributed across 12 offices world-wide and representing more than 32 nationalities, we’re looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.

We, at Flywire, are looking for one ambitious Marketing Intern to help us manage marketing projects, produce a variety of marketing collateral targeting the Japan market. This role requires passion, strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, an understanding of the urgency of a start-up, and pride in the ownership of tasks while functioning well in a team setting. The role will report into our Senior Marketing Manager based in Shanghai.
 

The Opportunity:

• Work on marketing projects and liaise with agencies
• Review Japanese translations for multiple materials
• Develop content for infographics, social medias (WeChat, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.), advertisements and swags
• Manage multiple projects effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Branding video shoot and edit
• Other administrative tasks assigned by manager

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• Working towards or completed a BA/BS degree
• Can work at least three days per week for 8 to 10 weeks from Mar to Jun
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese (N1/N2) and English (written and oral)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Command of design tools/software is a plus
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and willing to learn
• Ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
