We are looking for a Marketing Intern (Public Relations & Customer Service) for our offices in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, China who can start as soon as possible for a length of minimum 4 months.
Job Description
- Planning publicity strategies and campaigns, writing and producing presentations and press releases;
- Build and maintain good relationships with journalists and influencers, to promote marketing campaigns;
- Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations, analysing media coverage and undertaking relevant market research;
- Liaising with clients, managerial and journalistic staff about budgets, timescales and objectives, providing clients and our brands with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns’ progress.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers, clients and distributors at all times;
- Providing a premium brand experience and customer service care, support customers with purchasing products,
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints,responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating with them through various channels;
- Prepare quotes/estimates or sales orders, knowing our services and products inside out in order to answer queries via phone or mail;
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests; keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, a year of relevant work experience, experience in dealing with international clients is a plus;
- Good IT and presentation skills, knowledge of computer software programmes and various communication channels;
- Excellent communication skills in both orally and in writing, great interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships;
- Ability to priorities tasks and plan effectively, creative and takes initiative;
- Chinese, Spanish and German Language skills are a plus;
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills (at least CET 6 /IELTS 6 or equivalent).
