We need motivated and talented individuals in our marketing function – we have a variety of internship opportunities, in areas including Market Intelligence, Sales Operations, Physical Trading, Shipping, Risk and Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, Commercial and Facilities Management.  During your application process you will be given the opportunity to identify which areas you are most interested in.

As an intern with Anglo American, you will support a particular team.  Roles are varied but may include:

• Producing Management Information (MI)
• Research, data analysis and using analytical tools
• Assist with preparation of reports and presentations
• Support projects, initiatives and events
• Participate in workshops, meetings and team discussions

The internship opportunities are available from May 2020 for a 10 or 12 week duration. 

• You are an enthusiastic and ambitious individual, with good business acumen, strong attention to detail and a strong ability to learn
•  You are organised, able to prioritise and work effectively to meet deadlines
• You are currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as Business, Commercial, Humanities, Science, Accounting, HR, Finance, Econometrics, International Trade, Law, Logistics, Supply Chain or Risk Management.
• You are computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• You speak English at business fluency level
• You are available for the full duration of the internship
• You have the right to work in Shanghai
