Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:

Planning

  • Assist Sellers’ go-to-market strategy formulation: Identification of right Segments and Accounts, Event.
  • Provide Industry insights.
  • Build “Master Jedi Knowledge Base”: LOBs descriptions, account history, financial reports (*Work with Finance for account financial analysis/attractiveness), growth targets (Emerging Business growth, New Business)

Targeting the Rights Contacts

  • Provide campaign support/messaging and guide team with content/event marketing
  • Manage outreach: Revise Sales Target Account plans based on coverage/feedback on potential/Demand/Lead Gen Support, Last Contact alerts

New opportunity development

  • Understanding Client, its customers/market and competitors
  • Identify Cross Pollination opportunities: Revenue realized from CNX assets, Track proposals
  • Existing footprint versus White Space mapping

Reporting & Analysis

  • Tracking “Marketing Generated” Deals
  • Track outreach: Last contact tracking, Potential/contract tracking, and Lead Scores from digital/email campaigns
  • Maintaining a robust tracking structure of all campaigns, key highlights, stage movements on opportunities in pursuit

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong leadership and persuasive presentation skills
  • Proven analytical skills to track performance of a sales team.
  • Ability to conduct analyses on Sales Activity data to generate - recommendations for business growth, efficiencies and process improvement
  • Strong problem solving, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex analyses
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with field and corporate departments
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, and translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Good written & spoken knowledge of English
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Professional degree in business management is preferred
  • Good knowledge of English Language – Spoken and Written
  • Having work experience in Lead Generation/ Pre – Sales activity
  • Superior skills in analytical and presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to Sales CRM and other marketing/ campaign management tools
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency

Skills:

  • Communications: Persuasive and compelling written and verbal communications skills in Chinese/ Mandarin
  • Analytics: Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Project management skills: Proficient in bringing projects in on time, under deadline
  • Collaboration: Able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
