1. Follow
global strategy and develop/apply market oriented strategies in GC

2. Prepare yearly sales plans. Monitor market situation, analyze
market development and push sales turnovers

3. Provide technical support to the sales organization and the
customers.

4. Development and implement of marketing communication activities

5. Define and develop new customers/new products/projects together
with sales and distrutors as well as HO team

6. Focused on North China and South China region business

7. Support the technical discussion/Samples/audit/Capacity/Quality
issue… in HO

1. Bachelor or above in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or
equivalent

2. Fluent oral English is preferred

3. Optimistic personality, more attention to details

4. Capable to work in team and keen to assume responsibilities and
able to work by objectives

5. Frequent
travelling within the region, sometimes to headquarter and overseas factories

6. More than 3 year experience in electronical engineering or
equivalent or outstanding graduating students also could candidate

7. Passive component sales or marketing experience is preferred

8. Technical background and knowledge of inductors and transformers
are preferred

9. Basic knowledge of TS16949/ISO9001

10. Basic
knowledge of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan etc)
