Job Description

Our client set up a credit card enablement platform, aiming to increase card acceptance in traditional sectors and providing individuals and businesses with a more rewarding way to make and collect big payments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your knowledge of the customer to develop ad assets that communicate product value
  • Own and manage the company's B2B and B2C marketing campaigns from the beginning to the end – includes but not limited to campaign planning and execution of online lead generation and customer acquisition across multiple paid channels such as Facebook, Google and LinkedIn
  • Nurture leads and increase activation through marketing automation 
    Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, bizops, compliance etc to achieve your goals
  • Build campaigns including running regular reports, analysis and optimisation based on cost and ROI, scaling based on performance
    Improve site traffic conversion through experimentation of customised landing pages
  • Brand guardian ensuring consistent look and feel / tone of voice across all comms and business functions
  • Maximise customer lifetime value by planning and delivering CRM strategies based on customer segmentation to encourage customer retention and loyalty

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant B2B and B2C marketing experience
  • Well verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and metrics-driven
  • Possess an eye for design and flair for writing
  • Past experience in running acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google and LinkedIn, as well as CRM and other marketing tools. Past experience of using Hubspot is a plus
  • A good team player  (no politics!)
  • Shows the ability to be resourceful in the face of obstacles, proactive problem solver
  • Having personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  • Past experience in payments or credit/lending industry a plus
  • Well verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese/Traditional Chinese
