Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Manage and coordinate all marketing support staff, activities and budgets;
2.Conduct research to determine market requirements for existing and future products;
3.Analyse and present customer and industry research, current market conditions and competitor information;
4.Define and manage corporate branding, logos, signage and liveries;
5.Plan, implement and maintain corporate internet presence;
6.Assist S&M Director in developing and implementing marketing strategies, plans and budgets;
7.Create and produce sales literature, marketing presentations, promotion and point-of-sale materials;
8.Initiate and supervise advertising and PR activities across all suitable media;
9.Organize product launches, demonstrations, road shows and participation in trade fairs and exhibitions;
10.Set up and manage remote coverage activities (web-based, phone/fax and mail) and related databases and collaborate with sales channels in lead generation and conversion;
11.Support product lines in the creation and running of merchandising programmes and actions.
Qualifications:
1.Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification;
2.Practice in all aspects of developing marketing strategies and managing a comprehensive range of marketing support activities in a B2B context;
3.Experience in customer relationship management and market research and familiarity with relevant software applications;
4.Pertinent industry and product knowledge;
5.Reading and written abilities in English;
6.Strong team-leadership and interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural environment;
7.Strategic thinking, organisation and planning;
8.Creativity, adaptability and persuasiveness.
