The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 12 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally through cross-border e-commerce.

    Amazon Global Selling CN online Marketing team is continuously supporting overall Amazon Global Selling CN prospective selling partners’ acquisition and existing selling partners’ education, as well as branding awareness enhancement. CN website is one of an important online channels confronting to CN selling partners, we are now seeking a multi-talented, customer-centered, creative thinking, data-driven, deadline-oriented online marketing manager, who will be in charge of CN website management, including website UX optimization covering desktop and mobile, content enrichment, feature development, as well as providing marketing insights and trackable metrics supporting CN website traffic channel development. He/she would work closely with marketing team, business tam, product team, business analysis team, other stakeholders in US/EU/JP and China.


    Responsibilities:

  • Manage Agency on: a) CN website content implementation and execution; b) CN website desktop and mobile UI/UX design improvement.
  • Collaborate with webpage stakeholders to enhance content for CN website.
  • Conduct CN website Weblab experiments to optimize content and functionality, so as to drive conversion from traffic to registration.
  • Work with Business analysis team to design regular trackable report like traffic, click through rate, bounce rate, time spent, and customer retention, and keep providing optimized suggestion to stakeholders to improve overall CN website performance.
  • In partnership with Dev, PM team and key marketplace stakeholders to implement and launch new features for CN website.
  • Basic qualifications
    • Fluent in English and Chinese.
    • Experience on website management background.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices.
    • Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure website performance, determine improvements and innovations.
    • Proven ability to deal with ambiguities and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, as well as stakeholder expectations.
