岗位职责:

Position Responsibilities

  • 领导当地办公室的市场营销和业务发展工作,以赢得新项目并扩展业务。

    Leads the marketing and business development efforts of the local office to win new projects and expand the business.

  • 管理和支持当地市场营销团队,并分担团队的工作量,以支持新的业务诉求。

    Manages and supports the local marketing team and its workload to support new business pursuits.

  • 指导市场营销材料的准备(服务建议书、资格预审及汇报文件)

    Directs the preparation of marketing collateral (proposals, qualifications and presentations).

  • 制定并实施当地市场营销和业务发展策略。

    Develops and implements local marketing and BD strategy.

  • 与全公司市场营销和业务开发领导合作,制定并实施全公司市场营销和业务发展实践与策略。

    Collaborates with Firmwide Marketing & BD Leader to develop and implement firmwide marketing and BD practices and strategies.

  • 与当地主管管理决策过程(Go/No Go process)。

    Manages the Go No Go process with local leadership.

  • 与当地实践领导及项目经理就市场营销及业务发展计划进行合作。

    Collaborates with local practice leaders and project managers on marketing and BD initiatives.

  • 参与与市场营销/业务发展领导的周例会以及全公司实践电话会议。

    Participates in weekly marketing/BD leadership meetings and firmwide practice calls.

  • 与当地传媒/公共关系和中央数字出版团队联络,审核内容创作以支持当地办公室。

    Liaises with local communications/PR and central digital and publications teams, overseeing content creation to support the local office.

  • 维护简历库和项目特定的内容。

    Maintains library of resumes and project specific content.

  • 管理并参与所有市场营销数据库系统,包括Salesforce 和 OpenAsset,以提高所有办公室的效率。

    Manages and contributes to all marketing database systems, including Salesforce and OpenAsset, to create efficiencies across all offices.

  • 在办公室领导下,开发和管理年度营销预算、资源和员工。

    With office leadership, develops and manages the annual marketing budget, resources and staff.

    Performs other tasks and responsibilities as may be required.

  • 与团队成员协作制定和/或管理明确一致的工作计划,以实现项目预算、可交付成果和进度计划。

    Develops and/or manages, in collaboration with team members, a clear and consistent work plan to achieve the project budget, deliverables, and schedule.

  • 鼓励将可持续策略结合在所有项目任务中。

    Encourages incorporation of sustainable strategies in all project assignments.

  • 协调、支持业务发展、公共关系和市场营销机会。

    Coordinates and supports business development, public relations, and marketing opportunities.

  • 协助制定标准、政策和程序。

    Contributes to the development of standards, policies, and procedures.

  • 保护SOM免受财务风险和法律纠纷。

    Protects SOM from financial and legal risk.

  • 有效地沟通和推动公司的工作。

    Effective at communicating and promoting the work of the firm.

    资质要求:

    Minimum Qualifications

  • 至少学士学位,硕士学位更佳。

    Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree desired

  • 5年市场营销管理经验或具备同等知识、技能和能力。

    5 years of marketing management experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities

  • 获得认可的专业服务市场营销经验或具备同等知识、技能和能力。

    Proven professional services marketing experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities

  • 优秀的写作技能、包括用中英文编辑和校对书面材料的能力。

    Excellent writing skills, including ability to edit and proofread written material in Chinese and English;

  • 能够创造性地写作,符合图形制作的高标准,制作有效的宣传材料。

    Ability to write creatively, meet high graphic standards and produce effective promotional materials

  • 良好的管理、交流和解决问题的能力。

    Strong management, people and problem-solving skills

  • 必须具备广泛的市场营销策略、业务发展以及建筑与工程行业的知识。

    Must have a wide knowledge of marketing strategy, business development, and the architectural and engineering industry
