Job Description
- Formulating and successfully implementing company policies.
- Coordinating with the sourcing activities of Gemstones in HK, PRC, PAKISTAN & other countries.
- Expansion of marketing base in Pakistan, introducing new customers.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Planning and directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.
- Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities of company.
- Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
- Maintaining the operational performance of the company.
- Representing the company to major customers, suppliers and professional associations.
- Day to day product management of product(s) – including forecast planning, supply issues, labeling, packaging, requirements.
- Organizing and managing promotional materials, product messaging, customer requirements, affiliate communications, product communications.
- Sourcing materials and/or services and lead the preparation of and solicit competitive bids, quotations and proposals with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions. This leads to development of evaluation approach and assessments.
- Strategic planning on pricing and contract negotiations. Manage negotiations, pricing, quality & availability. Research market intelligence & make strategic recommendations for purchasing components. Knowledge of raw materials price markets. Forecast price trends and their impact on future purchases.
Requirements:
- Graduation Degree & at least three's relevant experience in Gemstones.
- Fluent in English, Urdu & Hindi Language must be able to read & write as well.
