An expanding financial group is looking for a high caliber Marketing Manager to support the growth of business and aggressive marketing plan. Report to the Director, you will be the team leader to lead the marketing team to plan, execute and lead the whole marketing programs of the group and business sector.  

Key Responsibility:

• Provide strategic marketing advice and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing project and take appropriate actions to drive sales.
• Project planning for brand building, client acquisition and retention
• Annual Budget planning and cost control of marketing expenses.
• Proactively monitor marketing metrics of our website and digital media
• Manage marketing workflows and coordinate with team and other departments to ensure all the daily operation as well as programs meets deadlines and corporate requirement
• Identity and initiate opportunities for cross marketing events and programs
• Provide copy writing on press release as well as all communications related include website and application content
• Work close with sales, CS & operation department to handle the trading platform, notice as well as crisis management
• Manage and lead the team providing high quality of marketing service and cross-department cooperation
• Manage online and digital marketing

Requirement:

• Degree or above
• At least 8 years experience in marketing position, min 4 years managerial position.
• Excellence in project planning and time management
• Solid financial industry marketing experience will be an advantage
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and relationships with external vendors
• Strong in decision making as well as prompt response to industry
• Experience with CRM, marketing segmentation and email analytics
• Familiar with all-kind of media and PR planning
• Strong sense of online and digital marketing
