Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis mainland market for character and IP development. Plan and execute various types of market operations, projects and exhibitions to increase the publicity. 
• Design and improve products according to customer needs, and be responsible for online and offline promotion, enhance product competitiveness, and increase sales opportunities. 

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent;
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Minimum 3 years in marketing, public relations and IP development experience is preferred;
• Creative, good organizing skills and marketing sense;
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure;
• Overtime and working on holidays are required;
