RWS is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join its NASA (North America South America) commercial organization.

The Product Marketing team is responsible for creating and executing the go to market for the region along with sales, across all revenue-driving channels and opportunities. This team is an instrumental part of the commercial engine, extremely close to the sales cycle and aims at closing any existing gap between Sales & Marketing.

The Product Marketing Manager holds a strategic role and the successful candidate will have a hand in determining how to drive the future success of the commercial organization in a fast pace and highly competitive environment.

With an open and curious mind, a can-do attitude and an ability to think out of the box, the Regional Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales leadership as well as the other marketing teams. The Marketing Manager will build its vision based on insights gather internally as well as externally and need to generate buy in and alignment behind its initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and measure performance of integrated & multi-channel marketing plan that supports revenue goals for the region across products and services
  • Organize promotional activities such as events, webinars, campaigns, social media, and supervise all associated logistics
  • Create sales and promotional material from relevant value propositions to sales pitches, brochures or any relevant prospective material
  • Support strategic business opportunities with creative and out of the box material to deliver a next level story telling experience to prospects and clients
  • Manage the regional marketing budget
  • Team up with the inside sales team to think, implement and roll down lead generation programs
  • Explore, examine and introduce new techniques, programs, formats and channels that can improve campaign performance and/or ROI.
  • Possible travel during the year is expected as well.

Profile and skills of the candidate

  • 4 to 5 years of relevant Marketing or business development experience, ideally in a tech B-to-B environment
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams, clients and prospects
  • Creative and visual, with proficiency with MS suite, specifically ppt. Ideally proficient with adobe creative suite
  • Experience with CRM such as salesforce
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can do attitude with a will to lead initiatives and think out of the box, and a strong sense of commitment to deliver on promises.
