Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the school’s marketing strategy. Leveraging the school’s dynamic and innovative community, assisting the Development Director promotes and enhances the school’s creative and positive brand.

The Marketing Manager reports to the school’s Development Director.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and monitor annual marketing plan
- Assists with recruitment event organization
- Work with Extracurricular Program Manager to promote the school’s extra-curricular/holiday break program
- Annually develops marketing plan along with Development Director and Managing Director
- Chairs bi-weekly development meeting
- Monitors marketing budget
- Negotiates vendor contracts
- Implements digital and printed marketing campaigns
- Event Production
i. School fairs
ii. Public facing marketing events
iii. Internal education events
- Produces marketing assets (including overseeing copy and design)
i. Brochures
ii. Videos
- Tracks marketing metrics
- Manages and monitor partnerships
- Act as brand guardian for THS communications
- In addition to your normal duties, you are expected to perform, without additional compensation, such reasonable non-academic and extracurricular staff duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Development Director, THS or the school administration

Required Qualifications
- Tertiary Education in the field of Marketing with 4 years relevant working experiences in SEO/SEM, digital and traditional marketing
- Track record in developing a marketing plan in alignment with organization’s vision, mission and values
- Knowledge and experience in content marketing in China is preferred
- Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skill
- Proficient in written and spoken English (Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus)
