Job Description
What is my job responsibilities? Responsible for the coordinated development (regional alignment) of a marketing concept with focus on M3 components Budget responsibility and controlling within the segment scope Responsible for content generation (technical content provider to be defined within PLM process) and adaptation of global marketing slides to regional requirements Support BR set-up developing trade and fair concepts with a main focus on M3 offering Definition of show room and exhibit concepts Support the implementation of customer events and trade shows Support the generation of competitor benchmarking with a focus on marketing set-up and presentation Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field 3-5 year experiences in Marketing Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools Basic understanding of low voltage product/system environment. Ability to initiate, influence and provide marketing consultation including hands-on facilitation (delivery & coaching) Strong at creating a collaborative culture and team orientation, Highly flexible and motivation Strong assertiveness for realization and implementation of improvements Excellent knowledge in standard office tools (e.g. power point, excel etc.) Fluent in English Skill to work independently International Travel Preferred skills and qualifications Definition of M3 marketing story for the segment scope Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms Willingness and ability to travel Established contacts with media We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
