Job Description
1、 It is recommended that the sales experience of fund product institutions should not be less than five years

2、 Be familiar with the quantitative fund industry or have held relevant positions in the quantitative fund company

3、 Familiar with sales channels (including private banks, institutional investors, financial institutions, third-party financial intermediaries, and high net worth customers), and able to deal with the communication and needs of investors with different Chinese and foreign backgrounds, especially in the field of quantitative fund product customers

4、 Experience in investment/wealth management channels, and the ability to actively develop customers and open source

5、 Have the ability to communicate within the Group, and the Group will have relevant quantitative fund teams to support relevant sales work in terms of technology and operation

6、 Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, with Chinese and English business writing skills



1. According to the needs of the company's business development, it is responsible for developing relationships with various international, local and mainland financial institutions, including but not limited to banks, insurance, trust, securities dealers, private banks, high net worth customers, etc;

4. Responsible for maintaining the customer relationship of various types of investment institutions, strengthening the investor relationship, and establishing a long-term institutional investor base for the company.

5. The precise docking of projects, project roadshows, interactive activities, etc. shall be well planned for the development and maintenance of investors, and dynamic tracking shall be carried out for their investment direction, investment activity, etc;

6. Undertake qualified potential investment institutions, investigate, collect, sort out and screen relevant institutional investor information through various channels, and put forward follow-up suggestions

一、建议不少于五年基金产品机构销售经验
二、熟悉量化基金产业或曾于量化基金公司相关职位任职为优
三、熟悉销售渠道(包括私人银行、机构投资者、金融机构、第三方金融中介、高净值客户),能应对不同中外背景的投资者沟通及需求,特别是针对量化基金产品客户领域
四、投资/财富管理渠道经验,以及具备主动的客户开发及开源能力
五、具备集团内部沟通能力,集团将有相关量化基金小组技术及操作上支援相关销售工作
六、能操流利普通话、英语及粤语,具备中英商业文书能力

1、根据公司的业务发展需要,负责开拓与各类国际、本地及内地金融机构包括但不限于银行、保险、信托、券商、私人银行、高净值客户等;
4、负责维护个类型投资机构客户关系,做实投资人关系,为公司建立长期机构投资人库。
5、项目精准对接、项目路演、互动活动等统筹做好投资人开发与维护,并针对其投资方向、投资活跃度等进行动态跟踪;
6、负责承接符合标准的潜在投资机构,并通过各种途径调查、搜集、整理和筛选相关机构投资人信息,并提出跟进建议
