The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing manager to join a fast-paced, dynamic marketing team and help drive the success of Language Weaver in the marketplace.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing a variety of marketing campaigns and activities to grow brand awareness, support the sales team and generate leads for Language Weaver. They should have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), be a team player, and exhibit excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail. This position would suit a marketing all-rounder with hands-on campaign management experience and good knowledge of marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver a variety of marketing campaigns designed to meet buying centre revenue targets via digital channels e.g. email, webpages, social media and webinars.
  • Create compelling messaging, positioning and marketing assets that resonate with the target audience and drive demand.
  • Research and implement marketing activities for new revenue channels.
  • Utilize a variety of marketing technologies as part of campaign design and delivery, including appropriate social media tactics.
  • Copywriting - produce engaging and accurate copy for diverse marketing distributions.
  • KPIs and reporting - run reports and monthly, quarterly and annual funnel analytics to share a single source of truth with stakeholders
  • Research and build knowledge of Language Weaver competitors and target markets overall.
  • Manage the events strategy working closely with other business units and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage Language Weaver web content ensuring content is correct, relevant and up-to-date.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders including marketing agencies, Group Marketing and Internal Marketing Services.
  • Design and run webinars – including product demos and working with external hosts.
  • Oversee organic social channels.
  • Line manage the Marketing and Events Executive

Experience & Skills:

  • Extensive marketing experience, ideally running multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience of managing demand generation campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Naturally collaborative and low-ego with a dedication to putting business needs first.
  • Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good management, organization and planning skills.
  • Be able to develop a proactive approach to problem solving and prioritisation.
  • Technically competent and a fast learner with deep curiosity and desire for knowledge.
