Job Description
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play a vital role in promoting the council's initiatives and programs, enhancing its visibility, and fostering relationships with stakeholders in the Eurasian business community. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals. Your role will entail crafting compelling content, managing social media platforms, and orchestrating events that promote business opportunities and collaboration between China and Eurasian countries.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at promoting the council’s initiatives and enhancing its brand image in the region.

Content Development: Create insightful content that highlights the economic opportunities and partnerships within the Eurasian region, for distribution across various media channels.

Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage business events, seminars, and forums that facilitate dialogue and foster economic cooperation between businesses in China and the Eurasian region.

Public Relations and Brand Management: Manage public relations activities, and develop strategies to strengthen the council’s brand identity and reputation.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management: Oversee the management of the organization’s digital platforms, ensuring regular updates and engagement with the community.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the China-Eurasian business landscape, and formulate strategies to capitalize on these insights.

Collaborations and Partnerships: Forge and maintain partnerships with businesses, governmental organizations, and other stakeholders in the Eurasian business community.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on international business or economic relations.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese; knowledge of other Eurasian languages is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Skills:
Knowledge of WeChat Ecosystem
Graphic Design and Content Creation: Skilled in creating visual content that resonates with diverse audiences.
SEO & Digital Advertising: Proficiency in SEO optimization and managing online advertising campaigns.
Presentation Skills: Exceptional skills in crafting and delivering impactful presentations.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
