Job Description
- Formulating and successfully implementing company’s marketing and sales policies.
- Controlling the Outsourced manufacturing activities and sourcing activities
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Conducting market research to find answers about consumer
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Marketing & trading of Led Lighting, telecommunication, electronics, Computer Hardware and etc.
- Export Management and International Trade management.
- Coordinating with the sourcing activities in HK & PRC.
- Coordinating the International Marketing.
- Coordinating the marketing activities in India and other countries.
- Expansion of marketing base in India, introducing to new customers.
- Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems
- Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets
- Maintaining the operational performance and finance planning of the company
- Representing the company to major customers, suppliers and professional associations
Requirements: - Fluent English & Hindi Language must be able to read & write as well.
