Responsibilities:

Sales & marketing

l To assist in the alignment of brand direction, formulation of sales & marketing strategy and implementation of branding/marketing activities

l Develop and propose distribution, pricing, merchandising and promotion strategy through conducting market research

l Build and maintain productive and good relationships with KOLs and/ or business partners

l Drive and evaluate effectiveness of trade marketing & VM initiatives and promotion activities to maximize ROI

l Conduct product training to front line personnel and promoter

New product development

l Perform market intelligence analysis, competitors’ product comparison and new product evaluation

l Monitor the critical path to ensure the product launch schedule is achievable, and on the track

l Manage the product certificates or test reports, artworks and collaterals are accurate across designer team, technical team, sales team, third-party consultancy and customers

l Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Logistic, technical team, designer team, sales team, and project team) to ensure seamless execution various assigned projects

l Source from a wide spectrum of new project mix for Hong Kong and Macau market

l Support for business expansion, including development of niche products for different customer segments

Requirements:

l Tertiary degree or above, preferable in Marketing and Business Administration or related discipline

l Minimum 3 years working experience in Marketing / Branding

l Excellent organization, negotiation and communication skill

l Self-motivated, result-oriented, proactive, quick-learner, able to work independently

l Think out of the box, have a “CAN-DO” attitude, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, multi-tasking and detailed-oriented

l Proficient in PC skills, good written English & Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage

l Experience in home appliances and a cooking-lover is preferable, but not essential

l Travel to PRC is needed, but not occasional

l Less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
