职位描述

• Be responsible for overall growth of Cell Biology portfolio.
• To set up growth strategies and execute initiatives to gain share.
• Lead marketing team to achieve revenue growth, new product launch through on line and off line marketing tactics.
• Collect market intel, analyze business impact, and work out growth strategy accordingly.
• Communicate with global market development team and China corporate marketing team, leverage resource to get things done.
• Lead and develop marketing team by supervising daily operation and coaching.
• Master degree or above, major in Cell Biology or relevant is a must.
• At least 6 years marketing or product management experience in related market.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication skills. Fluent English speaking.
• Result driven, proactive, logic, problem solving.
