Responsibilities:

• Report to the General Manager
• Develop business on Chinese Tourists Market
• Carry out all Marketing activities to achieve high passenger penetration in the shops for Chinese Tourists
• Deliver sales and marketing services to Chinese Travel Agents and explore sales opportunities of target Chinese Tourists
• Maintain a good relationship with Chinese Travel Agents guides to ensure longer shopping duration in shops
• Provide in-shop assistant and service to the Chinese Tourists
• Administer, plan and lead the marketing and communications strategies across all digital channels on all social media
• Lead to run data analysis of sales promotion, penetration, joint promotion and membership programs to generate customer insights to support business growth and customer engagement
• Execute budget planning and expense monitoring as well as compiling status reports on regular basis
• Execute market strategic plans to meet our sales objectives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing or Tourism Management
• Solid experience in Travel Tourism Market and Brand Marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Application
• Proactive, Creative, Positive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility
