Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of marketing functions, including Customer Services, Marketing Research, Digital Marketing, Branding and Public Relations
• Formulate and implement marketing programs to meet business objectives, enhance the brand image and drive for higher sales
• Coordinate and monitor the quality and progress of out-source production
• Develop strong business relationships with media sources for promotion programs implementation
• Organize public relations campaigns for brand building, new shops/ products
• Provide marketing research and analysis, and recommend appropriate actions on the trends
• Manage and control advertising, promotion and PR budgets and expenses
• Any ad-hoc projects assigned by top management

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing or related discipline
• At least 8-10 years or above solid experience in communications, public relations or marketing
• Experience in Retail or F&B industry is a definite advantage
• Thorough understanding of strategic marketing and business planning process
• Strong leadership and organization skills with a strategic mindset
• Sensitive to details and deadlines
• Fluent in both written, spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
