Responsibilities：
1.Cereal Overall Business Plan

• Cereal portfolio and channel strategy
• Monthly Business Review + DF Review
• Coordinate Cereal budget plan and P&L

2.Lead brand management of Gerber Cereals

• brand communication development, incl. brand asset such as storytelling, creatives
• launch degital communication campaign for Cereals including media investment

3.NPD plan for Gerber Cereals

• propose NPD plan
• launch new products

Qualifications：

• 8+ years experience in brand marketing .
• Record in driving business successfully with multiple customers through strong marketing strategy & perfect execution by platforms.
• Understanding of marketing tactics in Ecommerce environment and ability to drive new things in a dynamic environment.
• FMCG fashion/cosmatics category experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
