工作內容
Initiate and implement digital engagement programs to tie-in with CRM roadmaps.
Responsible for supporting the operations of the Global CRM efforts with focus on the eMail marketing activities including Customer Lifecycle management, newsletter campaigns and analytics.
Grow registration base of global Central Customer Database (CCDB), encourage the activation and usage of the database across the globe, and ensure that customer data is correctly captured. Enrich and analyze customer profile to provide insights/knowledge to help marketing folks to develop better plans.
Drive and implement the corporate CRM/email marketing campaigns for the Global events/initiatives with specific focus on enhancing sales conversion and driving website traffic.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of CRM tools and run BI report for regular analysis to keep track of end users’ growth, behavior, preference and consideration.

- Essential Functions:
- Support the email marketing efforts by creating One-Shot newsletters and by managing the global Customer Lifecycle
- Monitor the growth of the database, review and analyze customer profile and support the regional and local marketing teams in utilizing CCDB to collect and manage customer data
- Give support to local marketing teams and Business Units by providing guidance/training for how to use the email platform and share best practices
- Support the implementation of a set of global KPIs for measuring the eMail Newsletter campaign results
- Work with data to create filters used by global and local teams in order to maximize the efficiency of Consumers communications
- Perform ongoing maintenance and development of the global eMail marketing platform
- Liaise with the Global IT teams in order to master the Central Customer Database
- Manage Contract Agreements, Invoices and Budget
需求條件
- Must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must be able to explain and demonstrate performance of the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Master/Bachelor holder in Marketing, Communications, Business or related disciplines
- With 10 plus years relevant experience in CRM activities, with prior exposure in IT industry preferred
- willing to work under pressure and adaptive thinker.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Must be able to interface with internal and external customers in a satisfactory manner and collaborative team environment.
- Must be detail oriented, and possess strong project management skills with proven track record of successes
- Experience in running global or regional CRM activities, serving global or regional teams, or managing digital and social media platforms is definitely a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. With solid experience in BI reporting and/or HTML programming is an advantage
- Maintain good attendance record and be flexible with work schedule as overtime / afterhours work is occasionally required.
- Candidates with less experience will be consider as Associate Marketing Manager
