Since 2008, FB Solution has become leading distributor of high-quality bakery and pastry products across Greater China. We work with best hotels but also fine-dining restaurants, leisure parks, coffee shops, retailers and air flight caterers.

In 2020, Bon Chef was created to meet the demand of retailers and private customers with an extensive range of bakery and pastry at first, but many new projects for 2021!

Missions/Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager – Greater China you will report to the General Manager of HK/Macau/Taiwan markets and to the Country Manager of Mainland China. Your role is to support the sales teams across the company’s 3 markets while building a consistent brand image of FB Solution and Bon Chef.

With the assistance of your graphic designer and your marketing assistant, you will be leading marketing strategies and operations to achieve food service and retail performance.

Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Marketing/Communication
  • 3-year experience in graphic design and production of print and web material
  • Fluent oral and written French and English. Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of Food Service channels in Greater China
  • Pro-active mindset and ability to work autonomously on different projects with competing deadline

Responsibilities

Drive the marketing strategy to build up consistent Food Service and Retail brands image and experience across Greater China

  • Assist local sales teams in the achievement of their objectives through trade marketing material and sales performance analysis
  • Run consumer-engaging advertising campaigns catered to different audiences through each brand’ specific channels
  • Coordinate local events and participation to international exhibitions in Mainland China
  • Manage marketing budget in line with the strategic and financial objectives of the company
  • Seek for business expansion through consumer and market insights in traditional and new channels
  • Lead the new suppliers sourcing, assortment listings and product launches execution
  • Manage supplier’s relationship and brands performance through monthly reporting
  • Share best practices between the different offices and markets

  • 5 working days per week
