Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager LYNPARZ, you will work with a cross-functional team to support the growth and adoption of LYNPARZA in ovarian and prostate cancer and advance genetic testing protocols in the Canadian market. support the strategic direction and growth of this dynamic brand across multiple indications.

Your role as Marketing Manager includes: Build, lead and execute customer marketing activities to promote LYNPARZA with key customers

• Coordinate the strategic and tactical planning processes for LYNPARZA to drive short and longer-term brand success

• Support and accelerate genetic testing initiatives in ovarian and prostate cancer

• Contribute to and manage the digital marketing strategy and tactical plan for the brand

• Develop and deliver marketing presentations to the sales team and other brand team members

• Lead the promotional materials development and management our agency partners

• Positively influence brand performance and profitability while managing promotional expenses

• Partner with external experts to elevate our leadership position in ovarian and prostate cancer and ultimately improve care for patients

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners on brand initiatives in ovarian and prostate cancer

Your qualifications include:

• University degree or equivalent in science and/or business

• You have a minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry and you have demonstrated your impact in multiple roles such as sales, marketing, professional education, sales training, analytics and insights

• Previous oncology and/or diagnostics experience is an asset

• KOL relationship management experience is an asset

• You effectively manage multiple projects to meet timelines and deliverables

• You think critically and focus your work on the highest priorities aligned to the overall strategic direction with a patient centric approach

• You positively impact and influence others and quickly establish credibility while building strong business relationships

• You have strong communication skills: writing and presentation and you are people focused in discussions

• You have experience with digital platforms/channels

• You are committed to a developing a cohesive team environment
