What you’ll do
Building, leading and executing customer marketing activities to drive adoption and growth of LOKELMA and Roxadustat with key customers
Staying ahead of the latest developments in the industry and market to apply a forward-thinking approach and understand how these environmental trends shape customer decision-making
Demonstrating a deep understanding of the patient, customer and influencer dynamics that impact the patient journey, including underlying belief and attitudes that drive relevant customer behaviors
Giving to building a clear strategic direction and tactical plan to drive portfolio success throughout brand lifecycles
Developing and delivering brand presentations to the field teams, local and global brand teams, and executive team to ensure clear understanding of brand strategy, activities and performance
Successfully lead brand promotional materials development with agency partners
Supporting brand digital reach by innovatively and successfully evolving existing digital strategy, capabilities & channels
Supporting training and development to build enhanced cross-functional capabilities for our sales team
Establishing open and positive dialogue with all field team roles to identify emerging needs and successfully implement commercial resources and campaigns
Building a value proposition with the internal and field cross-functional teams to develop solutions that drive a Win/Win/Win for patients and HCP’s to improve earlier brand adoption for AZ
Successfully influence brand performance and profitability by supporting management of commercial brand budgets
Working with other brand team functional partners to support a patient centric approach that will differentiate the AZ renal franchise
Essential for the role
University degree or equivalent in science and/or business
Have a minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated results
Have previous experience in roles such as marketing, professional education, sales training, analytics and/or insights
Previous renal related experience is an asset
Effectively manage multiple projects to meet target timelines and budgets
A critical and innovative thinker aligned to brand strategic direction with a strong patient centric approach
Positively impact and influence others and quickly establish credibility while building strong internal and external business relationships
Have strong communication skills: writing and presentation and you are people focused in discussions
Have strong experience with digital and virtual platforms/channels
Committed to a developing a cohesive, entrepreneurial and dynamic team environment
