Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager (Female 25-35 age) to join the dynamic team at AIGCC. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and engage our target audiences. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance our customer journey.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives
• Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and email marketing
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and utilize insights to optimize future marketing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing activities
• Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to enhance marketing capabilities and reach
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record in campaign management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas simply
Preferred:
• Experience in digital marketing and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
